Baked Kale Chips PDF Print E-mail

A great way to get kids to try kale!

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch kale, torn into chip-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Place kale in a bowl and lightly oil. Try not to over-oil because the leaves won't get as crisp otherwise.

2. Place leaves on rack on top of a cookie sheet. Try to get them on one layer so they are not on top of each other. Bake about 20 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with salt as desired, and enjoy!
