For an easy way to fix okra, try grilling it!

Slice off the stem and insert okra on metal or wooden skewer. (Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes) Oil, salt, and pepper as desired, then grill. Rest ends of wooden skewers on foil so the ends don't burn. 

Watch for the okra to become spotted as it cooks, looking almost like a cheetah skin. Rotate every 2 minutes until finished, about 5-8 minutes.
